House Update

Well our possession date has been moved back, as we suspected it would be, to October 10. We went there two days ago and took some pictures inside, our site says that we are in stage 5, the framing is done, the rough-ins for plumbing and electrical have been done and now they are just waiting for the City to come to an inspection before they can start the next phase which is drywall and siding (that would leave only 3 steps left until possession). Our house doesn't look very exciting yet, so we snuck into a house that is the same model as ours (but the opposite side) and took some pictures so that everyone would be able to see what it will potentially look like (ignore the hideous cabinet colours in the finished kitchen picture). Our cabinets will be the darker of the two (with the same scheme, tiles, paint etc, just not marble countertops). I really really hope the date doesn't get moved back again, but we will see. The bigger I get the more difficult it will be to complete this move. Pictures below: (1)Future living/dining room (2)Future Kitchen (3) Future Dining Room (4)Future Main Bath (5) Future Guest Bedroom (6) Future Baby's Room.

Now here are the pictures of the house(s) that aren't ours but look exactly like ours minus the ugly cabinets, terrible paint and unmatching hardwood floors (haha I am not critical at all). The Pictures below are as follows (1) our cabinet colour and scheme (ours will basically look like this except our ceiling is different and we don't have marble countertops) (2) the whole kitchen layout (but hideous cabinets) haha (3) The living room (again our mantle will be the same dark wood as the cupboards (4) the view from the front door (ours will be flipped , staircase on the right and entrance on the left) (5)ensuite bathroom. We didn't get to take pictures of the upstairs because this model had two master bedrooms not three bedrooms like we have so it was different.
